Even though I know it’s not the right time, and it’ll all be taken away in the end, I love this moment so, so much.
First, the absolute joy he has when he reconciles the two is everything to me. But there’s also the fact that specifically remembering the rooftop picnic scene leads him straight to realizing that he’s the other boy, while holding a clearly romantic gift from Marinette - the lines of the lovesquare blur in his mind and he is nothing short of elated. That means the world to me. This is going to be a beautiful thing when the time is right.
…So something’s going on with the Ebooks Direct store at the moment. Unusually – MOST unusually – we haven’t had a PayPal sale in there for days. This isn’t normal. It might be a blip, but… it’s a really strange one.
